As the "Mad Hatter", he performed non-stop at numerous functions for the next two years. He then became resident DJ at Ilford's famous "Room at the Top Nightclub", where he remained for the next three years. In 1981, he moved to the "Villa" - now known as "Faces" in Gants Hill.
During the 1980s, Larry also worked at the "Epping Forest Country Club"; the "Tottenham Royal" and "Stop Outs" in Ilford. In 1985, he became resident DJ at the "Townhouse" in Enfield, where he stayed until it closed in January 2004. In fact Larry worked at so many venues, that he was once known as the "King of Clubs".
Since 2004, Larry has been in great demand as a freelance mobile DJ and pop quizmaster.
He is pleased to offer his services for your private function, corporate quiz or nostalgia night, at very competitive rates.
